KITTIIE.SI C(OIIIYIIY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Task 3.0: Baseline Data Collection and Reporting <br />No change to this Task. <br />Task 4.O: Restoration Plan Devetopment <br />This task amendment inctudes additionaI effort for providing weed management <br />recommendations for 30 acres, coordinating with the County for several riparian <br />restoration options for up to 18 acres, and extrapotation of etevation data from GIS to <br />inform planting zones based on lack of survey data. The project was origina[ly scoped for <br />work to focus within 100-ft buffer of the creek (approx. 15 acres). <br />Task 5.0: Permitting and Documentation <br />Recent Department of Ecotogy guidance requires additional effort for notifications and <br />submittaI of the JARPA package. <br />Task 6.O: Ptanting Support <br />Jacobs added hours to assist the County in the field during both culvert removats and <br />restoration ptanting efforts. <br />Task 7.O: RFP Support <br />New task to provide bid package materials in support of County procurement processes <br />specific to contractor-delivered restoration actions. The bid package wi[[ include planting <br />specifications for restoration site, plant patette and quantity, any speciaI requirements <br />retated to plant establishment, and optionaI bid items to inctude fencing and irrigation. <br />Deliverables: <br />1) Procurement bid documents <br />Assumptions: <br />1) 40 hours of fietd work is inctuded in this amendment to assist the County with <br />planting efforts. <br />2) Prior Assumptions remain in effect. <br />Amended Cost Estimate: $67,851 (611 hours) <br />Originat Task Order Cost - $46,691(448 hours)
