BOARD OF' COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COI]NTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />REsoLUrroN No. 2021- 0 + + <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR ST]PPLYING 30' STEEL MODULAR BRIDGE <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORI(S DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WHEREAS: On February 8,2021, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />approved a Notice of Call for sealed bids for Supplying 30' Steel Modular <br />Bridge; and <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for Supplying 30' Steel Modular <br />Bridge in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 25,2021at the Kittitas County Permit <br />Center, Department of Public Works, 4l I N.
