BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN <br />INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT WITH WASHINGTON STATE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE FOR <br />coMMuNrTY DEVETOPMENT BLOCK GRANT -CORONAVTRUS (CDBG-CV-II PROGRAM <br />c o NT RACT #20-622tC-tL5 <br />RESOrUTloNNo.2o2l. a3c <br />WHEREAS, Chapters 39.33 and 39.34 RCW, the lnterlocal Cooperation Act, authorizes <br />public agencies to enter into agreements for mutually advantageous joint or cooperative action; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Washington State Department of Commerce are public <br />agencies within the meaning of chapters 39.33 and 39.34 RCW; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Washington State Department of Commerce will enter <br />into the agreement to fund the Costs incurred for the Activities to prevent, prepare for, and <br />respond to coronavirus in partnership with local service providers for the CDBG-CV1 consortium <br />area. in Kittitas County for the period of March 27,2020 thru January 31, 2023. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />authorizes the execution of the lnteragency Agreement with Washington State Department of <br />Commerce, attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />APPROVED, this 2ND day of March 2O2t, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY,HI <br />illiltt <br />Brett,ith, Chairman <br />ABSENT <br />Laura Vice-Cha'irman <br />Cory Wright, Commissioner <br />of the rd
