Summary of Activity Report Web Forms: AGENCY agrees to use the Summary of Activity <br />Report (SOAR) web form to report all required recreational boating safety (RBS) activities. <br />AGENCY may report the activities daily, monthly, or quarterly using the SOAR Web Forms. <br />Utilize SOAR Web Forms: AGENCY will use the Summary of Activity Report (SOAR) web form <br />designated by STATE PARKS to report all required RBS Activities. <br />Reporting Frequency: AGENCY must submit a Summary of Activity Report (SOAR) at least <br />quarterly to STATE PARKS. However, it may report RBS Activities daily or monthly using the <br />SOAR Web Forms. <br />Review and Approval of SOAR: STATE PARKS will provide AGENCY with a summary of all <br />reported RBS Activities at the end of the quarter and provide AGENCY with the opportunity to <br />correct, update, and/or amend their report to address any inaccuracies or omissions. If all <br />information is correct, AGENCY will print, sign, and submit a copy of the SOAR quarterly <br />summary to STATE PARKS by the designated deadline. <br />Due Dates: The SOAR is due to STATE PARKS by the 15th of the month following the end of <br />the quarter as follows: <br />Quarter <br />First Quarter <br />Beginning Date <br />January 1 <br />End Date <br />March 31 <br />SOAR Due Date <br />April 15 <br />Second Quarter <br />April 1 <br />June 30 <br />July 15 <br />Third Quarter <br />July 1 <br />September 30 <br />October 15 <br />Fourth Quarter <br />November 1 <br />December 31 <br />January 15 <br />Vessel Registration Fee Expenditure Report: AGENCY will use the Vessel Registration Fee <br />Expenditure Report Web Form to provide STATE PARKS with accounting information as <br />directed.
