BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021 - <br />TO AWARD THE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLYING 30' STEEL MODULAR BRIDGE <br />AND AUTHORIZE THE PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE SAME <br />WHEREAS: On February 8, 2021, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />approved a Notice of Call for sealed bids for Supplying 30' Steel Modular <br />Bridge; and <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works solicited bids for Supplying 30' Steel Modular <br />Bridge in accordance with RCW 36.77.020 Contract Procedures; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 25, 2021 at the Kittitas County Permit <br />Center, Department of Public Works, 411 N.
