A-1 <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT A: SCOPE OF WORK <br />As part of the Services under this Agreement, the Service Provider shall do the following: <br />1) Collect PaintCare Products and Loose Pack them into Collection Bins to be <br />picked up by Haulers. <br />2) Notify PaintCare when there are at least five (5) Collection Bins full of PaintCare <br />Products ready for pick up by a Hauler, or sooner if pickups are necessary for the <br />Service Provider to comply with storage limits or other applicable Law. <br /> <br />3) Manage at the Drop-Off Sites (or other locations approved by PaintCare in <br />writing) all collected PaintCare Products gathered through the Drop-Off Sites only <br />in the following ways and not dispose of PaintCare Products in any other method <br />without the written approval of PaintCare: <br />a) By Loose Packing; <br />b) By Bulking; or <br />c) By any other Additional Activities specifically contemplated in this <br />Agreement. <br />4) Report directly to PaintCare any spills or health or safety incidents as provided in <br />the Agreement. <br />5) Provide to PaintCare a minimum of ninety (90) days’ advance notice of any <br />Temporary Collection Events conducted by the Service Provider that include the <br />Collection of PaintCare Products to be picked up by Haulers at the Temporary <br />Collection Event.
