McKinstry employs an integrated services <br />model to deliver thousands of building solutions across the Puget Sound. We are excited to apply our experience <br />at developing and executing a variety of projects to address your current needs. We were asked to provide <br />pricing for the Negative Pressure Zones — EF -2 Subsystem and Electrical for the Kittitas County Jail. Below are the <br />project details and our recommendations. <br />REFERENCED DOCUMENTS <br />• Kittitas Jail Mechanical IFC Drawings dated 1/15/2021 <br />CLARIFICATIONS <br />• Makeup Air is intended to be from adjacent areas. This may have a negative effect on rooms outside of <br />the areas shown. Further adjustment may be required. <br />• All work is based on having free access to the areas within the scope of work. No additional provisions <br />have been included in the budget for multiple mobilizations. Every effort will be made to limit the <br />amount of disruption. <br />• Work is to be performed during the following working hours (M -T; 6am-4:30pm) <br />• Proposal is for EF -2 Subsystem and Electrical only; Previous proposal captures EF -1 Subsytem <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Our scope of work includes equipment, labor and materials to perform the following work: <br />• EF -2 Subsystem including fan, ductwork, grills and associated fittings <br />Demolition of Ceiling for access to new damper locations. We have assumed these are sheetrock ceilings <br />at location of Dampers and Grilles. <br />• Power for EF 1&2 <br />Provide (1) circuit for EF 1 utilizing existing %" EMT Pathway <br />Provide (1) circuit for EF 2 utilizing new MC cable <br />EXCLUSIONS <br />• Controls tie-in to existing Allerton system <br />• Motor replacement if needed for new air volumes <br />instry CONFIDENTIAL & PROPRIETARY <br />1 <br />COLle Bl Your BuJlding <br />
