DISCUSSION: <br />Per the Flood Control Zone District bylaws, "should a member resign from the advisory <br />committee, new applications will be submitted, and the Board of County Commissioners <br />shall select a new rate payer from that Commissioner District." <br />Kittitas County Received three applications. All applicants reside within District 2 and <br />have provided their qualifications and described their interest in serving on the Flood <br />Control Zone District Advisory Committee.
