BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO: 2017- y?h <br />TO ADOPT THE 2017 PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT FEES FOR THE <br />KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT FUND, KITTITAS COUNTY ROAD FUND AND <br />KITTITAS COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL FUND <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works has submitted proposed 2017 fee <br />schedules for the Kittitas County Airport Fund, Kittitas County <br />Road Fund and the Kittitas County Flood Control Fund; and <br />WHEREAS: These fees have been reviewed to determine the rate appropriate <br />for full cost recovery with adjustments on certain fees to provide a <br />phased in rate of full cost recovery; and <br />WHEREAS: A public hearing opened on February 7, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. in the <br />Commissioners' Auditorium was continued to March 21, 2017 at <br />2:00 p.m. where the public written comment period was extended <br />to March 31, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: The Board of County Commissioners, after <br />due consideration, does hereby adopt the proposed 2017 Public Works Department Fee <br />Schedules for the Kittitas County Airport Fund, Kittitas County Road Fund and Kittitas <br />County Flood Control Fund as shown in Exhibit `A', Exhibit °B' and Exhibit 'C'- <br />ADOPTED <br />C'_ <br />ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 2017. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />1'auJ ev►iell, Chairman <br />Attest: <br />Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />IkwwbVvdft , ice -Chairman <br />ISO .,Clerk ' � W Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />.,>' q\50 ogs►,t�'':� <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner <br />r <br />
