Said employees shall not receive overtime <br />for working said rescheduled work shift. The Sheriff shall not <br />reschedule assigned work shifts for purposes of avoiding payment of <br />overtimes, per compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. <br />other components of the hourly rate will be charged on actual usage. <br />Any portion of an hour used will be rounded up to the nearest <br />quarter-hou r increment.
