We have not had success in finding grant opportunities that <br />match our mission or 501c4 status for the 2021 year. We will continue pursuing <br />privale funding sources in the form of sponsorshipsldonations and seeking grants <br />that pertain to our mission. <br />2500 charader lirrit <br />Funding Shortfalls*V\hal changes will be nede if fundinq for your request is rrot available or reconrrendeci? <br />Should there not be funding available for the Cle Elum Roundup project then <br />further reduction in ependitures will need to take place. This will mean even more <br />drastic changes to the event tharr already planned. <br />lf comparing our 2019 and 2021 birdget you will noiice that e4penditures and <br />incomes have already been reduced by nrore than $10,000 each. To further <br />reduce expenditures will mean a change in the quality of event production. This will <br />not only have an effect on this yeals event bul may carry on to future years. <br />There are certain aspects of the rodeo u're can rrot compromise on for the <br />protection of our sanctioning agreement and the safety of our contestants, stock <br />and fans. We have already taken a close look al our budgei and will not be able to <br />reduce admin epenses, venue, stock, and conteslant awards. This means that rrre <br />will need to reduce in areas that will be highly reflective to our consumer with <br />reductions in entertainment, special kid/family activiiies, limited seating, <br />2500 characler lirnt.
