2/16/2021 MINUTES 2 <br />stated that they have a secretary for the meeting as well. The Board <br />directed Commissioner Osiadacz to work with the Board’s Prosecutor <br />to draft a Resolution and review the Bylaws, to be considered at an <br />upcoming meeting. <br /> <br />FOLLOW UP PIO/DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Jeanne Killgore, HR Representative stated that she had sent updated <br />job descriptions to the Board for the now “Director of <br />Communications”. She stated that the re-title has been made and <br />confirmed with the Auditor’s Office that it’s a stand-alone <br />department. There was discussion on the supplemental exam questions <br />and the Board determined they would be modified a bit, by removing a <br />question. The Board directed Ms. Killgore to moved forward and post <br />the position, with the discussed changes. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis. The assignments for 2021 were <br />determined at the Board of County Commissioners Office Admin meeting <br />on 1-11-2021. <br /> <br />Each Commissioner reviewed discussions held with their respective <br />departments and exchanged details of those meetings. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of February 15, 2021 they would <br />post on their Facebook a thank you to all the volunteers for their <br />time at the vaccine clinic’s; the Board’s legislative updates; and <br />the new committee’s they are working on recruitment. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:38 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISOR KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Brett Wachsmith, Chairman
