Contractor is eligible to claim reimbursement for the following items and amounts only: <br />o Rent canvas tents to cover the seating areas at the Rotary Pavilion, our main <br />venue <br />r Rent porta-potties and wash stations for outside venues <br />o Hire security to police the festival Friday & Saturday nights from 6pm until <br />Midnight <br />. Help defray the rentals costs of the sound equipment used at the Rotary <br />Pavilion. <br />r Rent cooling devices/fans for the venues if the temperatures during the festival <br />require them. <br />o On-line and print advertising focused on target audience. <br />r Social media advertising <br />r Use an on-line exit survey to get feedback from festival attendees <br />o Rent performing arts spaces for venues. <br />r Radio advertising <br />g. Contractor is not eligible to claim reimbursement for any items not listed in Section 2 (f) and <br />is further expressly denied funding for the following items as requested in the application as <br />defined in Section 1(a): N/A <br />h. Contractors requesting reimbursement for event-specific expenses shall submit all claims as <br />no more than two reimbursement requests with supporting documentation at the conclusion <br />of the event. <br />Contractors must complete the Lodging Tax Reimbursement online training course provided <br />by the County Auditor's office prior to filing reimbursement claim. Requests for <br />reimbursement will not be accepted by the County Auditor prior to the training being <br />completed. Performance bv Contractor. <br />Contractor shall not (by contract, operation of law or otherwise) delegate or subcontract <br />performance of any Services to any other person or entity without the prior written consent <br />of the County and City.
