KITTITAS COUNTY <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />INVITATION TO BID <br />KITTITAS COUNTY — For Design, Fabrication, Finishing and <br />Transporting a 30' Steel Modular Bridge <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON <br />Sealed bids will be received by the Kittitas County Public Works, at the reception desk located <br />at 411 North Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington until 2:00 PM on February 25, 2021 <br />and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the design, fabrication, finishing and <br />transporting of a 30' steel modular bridge. <br />All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, <br />cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such <br />bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish <br />satisfactory performance and payment bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the <br />bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Kittitas County Public Works. <br />The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding. <br />Complete digital project bidding documents, including plans and specifications, are available at <br />www.guestedn.com.
