%Aspect <br />12ONSULTING <br />Amendment to Professional Services Agreement <br />Amendment No.: 2 <br />Project No.: 200064 <br />Date: January 4, 2021 <br />Client: City of Ellensburg <br />Project Name Reecer Creek Floodplain Mapping and Levee Certification Support Services Project <br />Description of Amendment <br />Cost <br />Aspect Consulting, LLC (Aspect) is providing this Amendment No. 2 to provide <br />analysis and design services to facilitate levee certification for the City of Ellensburg <br />(Client). See Attachment 1 for the Amendment No. 2 Scope of Services. <br />Amendment No. 2 Cost: <br />$81,637 <br />This amendment revises the Professional Services Agreement between Aspect and <br />the City (dated February 71h, 2020): <br />1. The Exhibit A Scope of Work provided under Section 2 of the original <br />Total Revised <br />Agreement is amended to include the extra work services shown in <br />Agreement Section 5 <br />Attachment 1 to this amendment. <br />and Exhibit D Cost: <br />2. The Time of Performance Section 3 and Schedule Exhibit B is extended by <br />$111,637 <br />one year, through February 26, 2022. <br />3. The Payment Section 4.1 and Exhibit C of the original Agreement is <br />amended to update the Consultants standard rate schedule to that shown in <br />Amendment No. 2 <br />Attachment 2 to this amendment. <br />Services Will Be Billed <br />4. A Management Reserve Fund (Task 5) of $11,000 is established per Section <br />on a Time and Materials <br />4.7 of the original Agreement. <br />Basis according to the <br />5.
