Cruruoott Service Agreement made as of O9 I 23 / 20 between KEEN ("Purchaser") and Chinook Entertainment, LLC ("Producer") for the terms and conditions herein set forth. L. Special Provisions: Purchaser to provide and pay for Artist Rider requirements not outlined in Compensation above. Failure to present the Event or lnclement Weather shall not relieve the Purchaser of the obligation to pay agreed upon compensation herein. This Agreement and any attachments including but not limited to "Additional Terms and Conditions", and any other addenda referenced incorporated herein constitute the entire agreement between parties, shall be governed by the State of Washington law, and may be modified only by signed writing.
