KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AIRPORT/INDUSTRIAL AREA LEASE AMENDMENT <br />THls LEASE AMENDMENT is made and dated this _[tha v ofVttuuy,2o2!, <br />by and between KITTITAS COUNry, a municipal corporation in tfrettate df <br />Washington, hereinafter referred to as the Cou nty, and <br />e ereinafter referred to as the Lessee. This <br />amendment s a ll be effective Janua rv fffZOZt. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the county and the Lessee entered into a lease on January 1_, <br />2020; and <br />wHEREAS, section 26 of said lease contemplates amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, Lessee would prefer to be making monthly rather than annual <br />payments; and <br />wHEREAS, the Kittitas County Airport Department supports the change in <br />lease provision to provide for monthly payments; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the lease to allow for monthly <br />payments. <br />Now, THEREFORE, lr ls HEREBY AGREED by and between the parties to <br />amend the lease terms as follows: <br />section 2 of said lease shall be amended to read as follows: <br />"Rent shall be paid on or before the first day of each month forthe <br />term of this lease (until Decembe r 31,, 2025) as follows: <br />Ground Lease-5t,t62.35 per month <br />Buildine Lease-260.65 per month for January through November, and <br />SZSO.IO for December.
