<br />The glrpose of the FY 2020 HSGP is to support state and local efforts to prevent lerrorism and other catastrophic events and
<br />to prepare the Nation for tl€ threats and hazards that pose the greatest nsk to tle security of the United States The HSGP
<br />provides funding to implement irvedrnents that btiild, smtain, and deliver the 32 core capabihties essenlial to achieving the
<br />National Preparedness Goal of a secure and resilient Nation. Among the tive basic lromeland security missions noted in tte

<br />The building, sustiainrnent, and delivery of these core capabilities are not exclusive to any single level of government,
<br />organization, or community, but ratfer, require he oombined efrort of the whole community. This HSGP Jward consists
<br />of State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) funding in the amount of $6,731,000, Urban Area Security lriltiatrve (UASI)
<br />fundirg in the arnount of $6,250,000, and Opemtion Stonegarden (OPSG) tunding in the amount of $2,676,838. The foilowing
