KITTITAS COUNTY AIRPORT DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS LEASE THIS LEASE made and entered into this lst day of January,2020 by and between Kittitas County,a rnunicipal corporation in the State of Washington,hereinafterreferred to as the LESSOR, and Ellensburg Pallets LLC,a Washington Corporation with a Washington Secretary of State UBI number of 603402078,hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE. WITNESSETH: The Lessor hereby agrees to lease to the Lessee,and the Lessee hereby agrees to lease from the Lessor,the following described real property (hereinafter the "Property"): See Exhibit 'A"attached hereto,also described as: The North 305.00 feet of Lot C-38 of that certain Record of Survey recorded iu Book 42,Page 170,underAuditor's File No.202001150034,records of Kittitas County,Washington. Containing 99,630 square feet. Kittitas County reserves the right of access to the Southern portion of said Lot C-38 for Kittitas County andanyassignsbya20'wide access,the centerline of which is described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot C-38,thence N88°09'51"E,57.70 along the North line of said lot to the true point of beginning of 20'wide strip; Thence SO5°12'22"E,156.65 feet; Thence S3°38'14"E,188.73 feet to the South line of lease area and terminus of 20'wide strip. AND Three (3)buildings upon Lot C-38 of the Kittitas County Amended Binding Site Plan described as (1)800squarefootQuonsetand(1)168 square foot Cider Block Building. This lease is made in accordance with Chapter 2.81 KCC.This lease is subject to the provisions of Chapter 59.12 RCW as currently existing of hereafter amended. 1.TERM:The term of this lease shall be 5 years and will commence on the l*day of January 2020.
