EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following.- <br />Weekly <br />ollowing: <br />Weekly janitorial services at the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office at 307 W Umptanum Rd <br />in Ellensburg, WA to include the following weekly services: <br />Common Areas/Office Spaces <br />1. Disinfect all touch points (doorknobs, fixtures, desk surfaces etc) <br />2. Empty trash, recycle and compost containers. <br />3. Vacuum all carpeted areas and rugs. <br />4. Sweep/vacuum and damp mop all hard surface floors. <br />5. Clean interior glass. <br />6. Spot clean walls, doors, doorframes, wall switches, and walls. <br />7. Spot clean all entry/relite glass. <br />8. Dust/damp clean horizontal ledges. <br />Restrooms/Wash Facilities/Kitchens <br />1. Thoroughly clean and disinfect all fixtures and floors. <br />2. Clean all glass. <br />3. Clean and stock dispensers. <br />4. Wipe and clean partitions and walls as needed. <br />5. Sweep and damp mop floors. <br />All contractors working in the Sheriffs Office facility will submit to and must pass a <br />fingerprint -based criminal background check in accordance with CJIS requirements <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 1/5/2021) <br />Page 13 of 17 <br />
