1/11/2021 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of January 11, 2021 they would <br />post on their Facebook Page the BoCC’s editorial they did with Dr. <br />Larson that went out in the Daily Record; Press Release that has the <br />Q&A about the Vaccine and then share contact information for the <br />citizens to reach out to the legislators and ask them to represent <br />and advocate for the County. <br /> <br />REVIEW DEPARTMENT HEAD ASSIGNMENTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board noted that they took 2020 off from meeting one on one with <br />their Department Heads, but met at the end of the years. There was a <br />desire to bring back the one on one meetings. The Board reviewed the <br />Departments and discussed reasons for what made sense on who would <br />be assigned to each Commissioner for 2021. The 2021 Department Head <br />assignments are as follows: Commissioner Brett Wachsmith will <br />oversee the Solid Waste/Maintenance; KVEC and Airport. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz will oversee the Public Health; HR and CDS. Commissioner <br />Wright will oversee the DPW, I.T. and WSU/Noxious Weed. <br /> <br />REVIEW COMMISSIONER COMMITTEE’S COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Staff provided copies of the current committees that the <br />Commissioners serve on.
