Braaitle , hereinafter <br />e referred to as the Lessee. <br />9 W I T N E S S E T If: <br />10 The Lessor herewith grants to the Lessee a lease to <br />11 the following described property: <br />12 The South Five feet Of the right of way of the <br />Vantage Road, in the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 <br />13 of Lot 4, Section 4, Township 17 North, Range <br />14 19 East, wim., Kittitas County, Washington, <br />15 for a period of twenty (20) years, commencing July 1, 1981, <br />16 and expiring on June 30, 2001. <br />17 The Lessee shall pay as rental the sum of $10.00 per <br />18 annum, to be paid in advance on.
