01/05/2021 MINUTES 6 <br /> <br />Building Codes with Washington State Amendments and referenced standards <br />and to consider Amending Kittitas County Code Chapter 18 to correct <br />grammatical and scrivener errors, the Washington State Building Code <br />Council has established an effective date for the 2018 Codes of February <br />1, 2021 and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. Vice-Chairman <br />Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> RESOLUTION 2021-001 COURT ADVOCATES FOR CHILDREN SUPERIOR COURT <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution NO. 2021-001, <br />Ratifying and Specifying Funding for the Memorandum of Understanding <br />(MOU) Between Kittitas County Superior Court and Court Advocates for <br />Children for Kittitas County for the calendar 2021. Commissioner Wright <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. Chairman Wachsmith abstained from voting <br />due to a conflict of interest.
