Per Kittitas County Code Chapter 3.3.40.030 and the Water <br />Metering Agreement recorded to your property's title, all new uses of groundwater for <br />domestic purposes are required to meter their mitigated water usage and pay an annual fee <br />(according to the Kittitas County Public Works Department fee schedule) associated with the <br />administration of a metering and monitoring program. <br />How can I see my water use?
