C.3.5 The Conhactor shall ensure that all personnel performing on Public Lands comply with the provisions of the <br />Archaeological Resources Protection Act (16 U.S.C. 470 aa - 47A ll) and the Native American Graves Protection and <br />Repatriation Act (25 U.S.C. 3001 - 3013), regarding skeletal remains. The Contractor shall also ensure that upon <br />discovery of skeletal remains that are indicative of an archaeological site, will noti$ the appropriate BLM Ranger or <br />Field offrce Manager prior to disturbing the site, to the maximum extent practicable. <br />C.3.6 Contractor personnel shall comply with the minimum standards as required by the Criminal Justice Training <br />Center (CJTC); and shall not be in violation of the provisions of l8 U.S.C. 922, which prohibits persons convicted of1 <br />misdemeanor domestic violence crime from possessing firearms or ammunition. <br />c.4.0 REPORTTNG REQUTREMENTS <br />C.4.1 The Contractor shall furnish the Wenatchee Field StaffLaw Enforcement Ranger quarterly reports of all noted <br />law enforcement activities related to: (l) Dates the patrols are made and miles traveled; (2) hours worked; (3) anests <br />made on public lands, misdemeanors and felonies, with case numbers; (4) incidents reported, investigated or responded <br />to, with case numbers; and (5) assistance given to BLM personnel. <br />C.5.0 PAYMENT <br />C.5.1 The Conhactor shall bill the BLM via the ELECTRONIC INVOICING AND PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />INVOICE PROCESSING PLATFORM (lPP) (see Section G - Contract Administration Data). <br />C.5.2 The Contractor shall send a copy of the invoice and itemized documentation in support of all invoiced expenses, <br />to include the quarterly report (see C.4.1), to the Wenatchee Field StaffLE Ranger for review prior to submission of the <br />invoice through the IPP system. <br />(End of Statement of Work) <br />PageT
