Circulation of said personnel will be limited to official business <br />only. Persons in violation of the above will be apprehended and appropriately disciplined. <br />H.IO.O DAVIS.BACON WAGE RATES APPLICABLE TO TRUCK DRIVERS <br />29 CFR 5.2(i) limits coverage of construction contractor or subcontractor employees performing as <br />truck drivers under the Davis-Bacon Act (FAR 52.222-6) to only their time spent directly upon the <br />"site of the work" or when hauling between the site of the work and a facility which is dedicated to <br />and located in the proximity of the actual construction location. Other transportation of materials or <br />supplies to or from the site of work by employees of the construction contractor or subcontractor is <br />not l,construction6 at the site of work and accordingly is not subject to the Davis-Bacon Act. <br />Page 14
