I 4&r,432{}{'1\1t i2 <br />In accordance with FAR clause 52.223-2, Affirmative Procurement of Biobased Products Under Service and <br />Construction contracts, the contractor is required to annually report the product types and dollar value of any USDA- <br />desigaated biobased products purchase during the previous fiscal year (Octoberl - September 30) through the System <br />for Award Management (SAM). The report is due no later than October 3l of each year during contract performance <br />and at the end of contract performance. Failure to submit the report into SAM in a timely manner may result in <br />conhactual remedies. <br />Page ll
