EXHIBIT. "A:: SCOPE OF WORK ln addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: c Conduct polygraph examinations of applicants for employment or reserve service upon request by the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. r Prepare and convey leports of those polygraph findings and applicant evaluations to the Kittitas County Sheriffs Office. r These evaluations shall be conducted in compliance with, and as mandated by, theprovisions of RCW 43.101.095(2)(a)(iii), and WAC 139-07-040, and any prouision now in existence or enacted during the period of this Professionat 'services Agreement, including any extension theieof. All materials related to the examination and its results are confidential pursuant to WAC 139-07-040(1Xd) and shall be treated as such and secured in a manner consistent wittr i'ny applicable state and federal statutes and regulations, including the means ofproviding such results or materials to the Kittitas County Sheiiffs Office. The contractor is solely responsible for implenientation of suih safeguards and for any breach or violation thereof. ' Wanant that he or she is familiar and in compliance with the standards referenced above and incorporated herein by reference. . The services stated above will be conducted at the Contractor's place of business.
