The Director of KittitasCounty Elestions is hereby requested to call and conduct such election to be helcl within the City onsuch day and to submit to the qualified electors of the City for their approval or rejection a propositionto authorize a levy of approximately $150,000 per annum upon all taxable properfy within the City,for collection for 6 years beginning n20T., the estimated costto be approximately $0.50 per $1,000
