<br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 14 of 20 <br />5. Dust/vacuum furniture. <br />6. Spot clean all entry/relite glass. <br />7. Dust/damp clean horizontal ledges. <br />8. Disinfect door handles and highly touched areas. <br /> <br />Contractor shall provide all cleaning materials and disinfectant, PPE and all supporting <br />equipment. Contractor will ensure that all staff are adequately trained and/or fit-tested as <br />required and use appropriate PPE at all times. <br /> <br />Services shall be performed only as needed and authorized by the Kittitas County Incident <br />Management Team (IMT) or the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD). County <br />shall provide specific service authorization and location details in writing sent to their <br />designated contact. <br /> <br />Contractor is not obligated to perform services on the following holidays: New Year's Day, <br />President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas <br />Eve, and Christmas Day. Services on holidays, when requested, shall be charged on an <br />over-time basis. A holiday on the sixth or seventh day of the work week shall be subject to <br />additional charge of one full day at straight time if wages are required to be paid for that day. <br />Please see Exhibit B for compensation rates. <br /> <br />
