Exhibit F <br /> <br />CHAMBER CARES SMALL BUSINESS GRANT <br /> <br /> <br />HOW DO I KNOW IF MY SMALL BUSINESS QUALIFIES? <br />To apply, businesses must meet the following criteria: <br />o Locally owned and managed with local decision-making authority. <br />o Have current Washington Business license at the time of the grant award. <br />o Been in business for at least one year from the date of application. <br />o Priority is given to businesses with 10 or fewer full-time-equivalent employees. <br />o Ability to demonstrate loss of income due to COVID-19. <br />If you answered YES to all of the above, your business may qualify. If you are a business that was <br />awarded Working Washington Grants less than $5000, you are eligible for this funding.
