• to assist in the Chamber Cares Grants to businesses affected by the <br />coronavirus public health emergency from March 1 through November 30, <br />2020 in the amount of $275,749. <br />• to assist Kittitas County Strong Round 2 Grant program affected by the <br />restrictions from the Governor’s proclamation of November 15, 2020, from <br />November 15, 2020 through November 30, 2020, in the amount of <br />$124,251 <br />• Of the above sum 10% may be used for administrative costs from each <br />allotment not to exceed a total of $70,000.2.2.04. Aid to non-profit <br />organizations shall follow the 10/8/20 version of Kittitas County Strong <br />Round 1 Grant Guideline Thoughts attached hereto as Exhibit “D”. The <br />Chamber shall utilize the Kittitas County Strong Nonprofit Grant form <br />attached hereto as Exhibit “E”. <br /> <br />2.2.05 Aid to Chamber Cares Grants shall follow Exhibit F, How do I <br />know if my Kittitas County Strong Round 2 qualifies. <br />2.2.06 Aid to Kittitas County Strong Round 2 Grant program affected <br />by the restrictions from the Governor’s proclamation of November 15, 2020, <br />Guidelines Exhibit G with application for Exhibit H. <br />2.3.01 . Requests for reimbursement to the Chamber for aid to non- <br />profit organizations must be submitted prior to November 30, 2020. <br />2.3.02 Kittitas County will release the funds to the Chamber, with <br />proper invoicing, and may occur prior to the funds being released to the grant <br />applicants. <br />3.1.01 This agreement is amended to allow 10% administrative <br />overhead on the new funding amount not to exceed $70,000. <br />3.2.01. For aid to non-profit organizations, the Chamber shall use the <br />criteria found in Exhibit “D”. <br />3.2.02 For Chamber Cares Grants, the Chamber shall use the criteria <br />found in Exhibit F <br />3.2.03 For Kittitas County Strong Round 2 Grant program affected by <br />the restrictions from the Governor’s proclamation of November 15, 2020 shall use <br />the criteria found in Exhibit G. <br />4.1.01.
