Establish a formulary for the pharmaceuticals used to treat the most common <br />conditions. <br />Provide the County with Contractor's standard Medical Policies and Procedures Manual. <br />Any needed changes to this manual will be incorporated at the start of this Agreement. <br />The Medical Policies and Procedures Manual will be reviewed periodically in <br />cooperation with the Jail Superintendent, and any needed changes incorporated into the <br />manual. <br />Contractor will not provide acute & chronic psychiatric care including medication <br />management unless the psychiatric medication is used for a non -psychiatric medical <br />reason. <br />Professional Services Agreement (Form rev. 09/24/2018) <br />Page 18 of 21 <br />
