12/07/2020 MINUTES 2 <br />CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ said she would not be supporting the proposed <br />Resolutions as she was against increasing the Levies in 2021. She <br />felt with the current pandemic going on and how there are many <br />members of our community and businesses hurting financially. She did <br />not believe the time to increase it was now. <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-206 LEVY CERTIFICATION – GENERAL FUND AUDITOR COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-206, for <br />the Levying Certification for the General Fund for Municipal <br />Purposes of Kittitas County, Washington for the Year 2021, According <br />to the Assessed Valuation as Determined in the Year 2020. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-207 LEVY CERTIFICATION - COUNTY ROAD AUDITOR COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-207, for <br />the Levying Certification for the County Road for Municipal Purposes <br />of Kittitas County, Washington for the Year 2021 According to the <br />Assessed Valuation as Determined in the Year 2020. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded. Motion carried 2-1 (Vice-Chairman Osiadacz <br />opposed the motion). <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-208 LEVY CERTIFICATION – FLOOD CONTROL ZONE AUDITOR COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-208, for <br />the Levying Certification for the County Flood Control Zone District <br />for Municipal Purposes of Kittitas County, Washington for the Year <br />2021 According to the Assessed Valuation as Determined in the Year <br />2020. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded. Motion carried 2-1 (Vice-Chairman <br />Osiadacz opposed the motion). <br /> RESOLUTION 2020-209 ADOPTING THE 2021 COUNTY BUDGET AUDITOR COMMISSIONER WRIGHT moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-209, <br />Adopting the Budget for the County of Kittitas, Washington, for the <br />Fiscal Year Ending December 31, 2021, in the total amount of <br />$116,735,415.00. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded.
