Discussion was held. Staff was directed to conduct a cost <br />evaluation for the building. <br />SPARKS ROAD QUIT CLAIM DEED <br />Mark Cook gave background on the next phase of the Washington State <br />Department of Transportation (WSDOT) I-90 Project and stated that <br />WSDOT and the County had amended an agreement under Resolution 2020- <br />126 allowing for the conveyance of a portion of Sparks Road. Mark <br />Cook continued that after review of the legal description on the Quit <br />Claim Deed staff noticed WSDOT of corrections to be made. Mark Cook <br />added that WSDOT declined to use the corrections suggested and that <br />no further discussions were to be had on the issue. Mark Cook <br />commented that staff would like to move forward with the document as <br />proposed by WSDOT and complete the transfer.
