11/30/2020 MINUTES 3 <br />Deputy Prosecutor and Greg Zempel, County Prosecutor, to discuss <br />with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating to <br />agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which <br />the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official <br />capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge <br />regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or <br />financial consequence to the agency. Possible action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:42 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-195 SCHOOL FUNDING AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-195, A <br />Resolution Authorizing the Funding of the Kittitas County Schools <br />Due to COVID-19 Restrictions. Commissioner Wright seconded.
