Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />All that portion of the hereinafter described Parcel “A” lying between the following described <br />Line 1 and Line 2: <br /> <br />Line 1 <br />Beginning at a point opposite Highway Engineer’s Station (hereinafter referred to as HES) <br />873+28 on the LE line survey of SR 90 HYAK TO EASTON HILL and 241 feet northerly <br />therefrom; thence southeasterly parallel with said line survey to HES 874+37 thereon and the <br />end of this line description. <br /> <br />Line 2 <br />The centerline of the LE line survey of SR 90 HYAK TO EASTON and the end of this line <br />description. <br /> <br />Parcel “A” <br /> <br />Those portions of the LA Line right of way, that portion of the FR Line right of way and of the <br />production thereof southeasterly to the Sparks Road, the LN Line right of way, the WX Line <br />right of way and that portion of the B Line right of way, all of State Highway Route No. 90, in <br />Government Lot 3, the south half of the northwest quarter and the south half of the northeast <br />quarter of Section 3, Township 20 North, Range 13 East, W.M., in the southwest quarter of the <br />northwest quarter and the southwest quarter of Section 2, said Township and Range, in the <br />northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, the west half of the northeast quarter and the <br />southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 11, said Township and Range, and in the <br />southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 12, said Township and Range, all as <br />shown hatched on sheets 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of Exhibit “A” of that certain Quit Claim Deed <br />dated March 2, 1979 and recorded under Auditor’s File No. 430495, records of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, being sheets 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 of that certain plan entitled “SR 90, Easton <br />Hill to Easton”, attached thereto. <br /> <br />ALSO that portion of the former right of way of said State Highway Route No. 9, as said right <br />of way existed prior to January 22, 1957, and as certified to said County January 06, 1960, <br />through the community of Easton in the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, the north <br />half of the southeast quarter and the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 11, in <br />the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section 12 and in the north half of the <br />northwest quarter and the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 13, said <br />Township and Range, the northwesterly and southeasterly termini thereof as shown hatched on <br />sheets 1, 12 and 13 of said Exhibit “A”. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Grantor’s Initials
