Grant County PUD actions surrounding the restroom facility. PW staff strongly <br />recommends no further agreements with Grant be executed by the Board in the absence <br />of Prosecuting Attorney review. The agreement will expire on August 22, 2021 and PW <br />staff recommends allowing the agreement to expire. Once expired, PW suggests <br />exploring the possibility of "gifting" the restroom to Grant. <br />It appears unlikely that Grant will alter its current course towards required abatement of <br />private boat docks and the fountain at Vantage without involvement from Kittitas <br />County.
