Dry Creek Rd. <br />To Whom It May Concern, <br />It has been brought to the attention of this department that the above listed tax parcel is in violation of <br />Kittitas County Code. Code Enforcement has observed a recreational vehicle being utilized as a <br />residence and/or unpermitted camping at this location. All recreational vehicles and other vehicles <br />must be removed from the parcel. <br />The purpose of this letter is to obtain your voluntary compliance within fifteen business days of your <br />receipt of this notification. Failure to respond to this notice of correction and its corrective measures <br />within the fifteen business days will result in the issuance of an infraction and a monetary penalty of <br />$500.00 will be assessed per day for each and every violation. In addition, please be advised that multi - <br />day violations are chargeable as crimes under KCC 18.01.050 Crimes designated. <br />VIOLATION: <br />1. KCC 14.04.045 (8) Recreational Vehicles and Park Model Trailers: An RV may not be used as a <br />residence, except if it is a primary residence and is located in a manufacturertmobile home <br />community as defined in RCW 59.20.030 that was in existence before June 8, 2008. <br />2. KCC 17.15.080 Allowed Uses in Urban Lands: Campgrounds are not a permitted use in the <br />Urban Residential Zone. <br />REQUIRED ACTION: <br />1. Remove all recreational vehicles from the parcel. <br />2. Remove all vehicles from the parcel. <br />3.
