Prior approval for any closure will be coordinated between <br />Grant PUD and Kittitas County, <br />2.5 Rules <br />Park patrons are ultimately responsible to ensure that their conduct follows applicable laws and rules. This <br />includes: <br />+ Grant PUD Park Rules and Policies <br />Rules Governing Public Use of Project Lands and Waters <br />• Washington State Laws <br />K'Oas County Code <br />Park rules are posted at various conspicuous locations where they are applicable. Public use areas and <br />restricted areas are posted and delineated. <br />2.6 Emergency Action Plan <br />In the event that there is an imminent threat to human safety, Grant PUD or contract staff has the authority <br />to close all or portions of the facility as appropriate.
