11/16/2020 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br />** BREAK FROM 9:06 A.M. – 9:15 A.M. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION MEETING SCHEDULING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright stated he would like to get a consensus of the <br />Board before proceeding with scheduling Public Meetings that <br />constituents request. He stated that at times a member of the public <br />may want to meet about something the rest of the Board is not ready <br />to meet about and while they can meet, he feels the Board should <br />meet with County staff prior to bringing others into the <br />conversation so they have a full understanding. Commissioner <br />Osiadacz stated that she will still plan to do research and fact <br />gathering but agrees to having a consensus of the Board prior to a <br />meeting to hold the meeting. Chairman Wachsmith agreed. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board determined for the week of November 16, 2020 they would <br />post on their Facebook page, an COVID-19 Updates/Press Releases; and <br />later in the week would post about the Umptanum closures and the <br />campaign that it going around to #recreateresponsibly. <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES <br /> <br />There were general updates on meetings & conversations that the <br />Board participated in, individually over the past week. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD II KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Brett Wachsmith, Chairman
