11/12/2020 MINUTES 2 <br />COMMISSIONER OSIADACZ moved to approve the Joint Control Board <br />between the Kittitas Reclamation District and the West Side <br />Irrigation District, and to direct Staff to prepare enabling <br />documents. COMMISSIONER WRIGHT seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:21 a.m. <br /> OTHER BUSINESS EXECUTIVE SESSION POTENTIAL LITIGATION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:34 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into Executive Session with Greg Zempel, Prosecutor and Mark Cook, <br />Public Works Director, for 20 minutes to discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:54 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 9:54 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 15 minutes to discuss with legal <br />counsel representing the agency matters relating to agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing <br />the agency litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:09 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
