Kittitas County Upper Road Maintenance Facility November 4,2020 <br />Exhibit A - Scope of Work (Supplement #2) <br />Exhibit A - Scope of Work (Supplement #2 Request) <br />Kittitas County Upper Road Maintenance Facility Replacement Project <br />The following Scope of Work outlines the effort required to address unanticipated construction issues and <br />additional effort beyond what was anticipated in the original scope. <br />The following is a list of changes and/or items that have, or will, result in additional effort forTask 5: <br />o Coordination with utility service provider(s), including development of a utility/frontage plan, <br />service coordination related to soft starters for large motors, and gas service and piping revisions. <br />r Wash bay coordination and changes, including heating and pressure washer venting. <br />o Additional submittal review, meetings, and coordination for the contractor-designed pole <br />buildings. <br />SCOPE ASSUMPTIONS <br />OverallAssumptions: <br />r This supplement is intended to cover effort and cost lncurred through October 25,2020 forTask <br />5. Additional effort requested by the County for Task 6 after October 25,2020 will be invoiced to <br />the Management Reserve budget on a time and expense basis. <br />o Efforts anticipated after October 25,2020 forTask 5 include: General site visits, submittal review, <br />response to RFls, and punch list site visit. <br />o Scope and fee for producing Record Drawings underTask 7 remain unchanged by this supplement. <br />r CountV will perform punch list review and back punch of landscaping. <br />o A letter of conformance for the stormwater pond is not required. <br />END of Supplement Request <br />Page | 1 Supplement Request KPG
