No action was anticipated. At 4:25 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No action taken. At 4:25 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess back into an Executive Session for 5 minutes to evaluate the qualifications of an applicant for public employment or to review the performance of a public employee. He said they were currently asking the Commissioners to reach out to businesses in the community to be a part of the process. Commissioner Osiadacz said she is following up with some business owners. Commissioner Wright asked why the Chamber was not taking the lead on this. Chairman Wachsmith stated there was more community input coming from the local leaders.
