11/03/2020 MINUTES 2 <br /> <br />AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS CERTIFICATES MARK LARSON & TRISTEN LAMB SHERIFF <br />Sheriff Clay Myers noted two Certificates of Appreciation that he would <br />be providing to Mark Larson, MD, Kittitas County Health Officer, and <br />Tristen Lamb, Public Health Administrator for their outstanding service <br />and dedication to the citizens of Kittitas County for their continued <br />involvement on the Kittitas County Incident Management Team in 2020. <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. CONSENT AGENDA <br />The Agenda Study Session had been cancelled for Monday November 2, 2020, <br />and therefore the Board would be reviewing all items individually prior <br />to making any motions. At the conclusion of reviewing each item <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as amended, <br />noting Item B was removed and placed under Board Discussion & Decision. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded.
