2020-10-22 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING THURSDAY 9:00 A.M. OCTOBER 22, 2020 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. (via Webex) <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Greg Zempel, <br />Prosecutor; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Benjamin West, Airport <br />Director; and Ken Grannan, Airport Coordinator. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting for <br />Executive Sessions. Ken Grannan, Airport Coordinator stated there <br />would only need to be one Executive Session and the one to consider <br />the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease <br />or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of increased price could be struck from the <br />Agenda. <br /> <br />At 9:03 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into an Executive Session for 30 minutes to consider the minimum <br />price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or <br />leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the <br />public. Potential action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:33 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 9:33 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 15 minutes to consider the minimum <br />price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease when <br />public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or <br />leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the <br />public. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:48 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:48 a.m. KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
