Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@C0.KiTTrrAs.WA.us <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />"Building Partnerships — Building Communities" <br />KITMASCOMTV <br />BOCC CDS STUDY SESSION <br />AGENDA DATE: October 26, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 4 <br />Plat (LPF-20-00003 and LP -20-00001). <br />BACKGROUND: The Ph. 2 Div. 4 Preliminary Plat was approved on April 21, 2020 through <br />Resolution No. 2020-89. The plat covers approximately 11.22 acres accessed via <br />Swiftwater Drive. <br />The applicant submitted the final plat application on September 11, 2020, <br />requesting final mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 4 Plat. A second <br />complete submittal package containing updated information was received on <br />October 9, 2020. This Plat creates 39 detached residential lots with access tracts, <br />open space tracts, and service tracts. The proposed lots range in size from 5,900 to <br />10,800 square feet. Staff reviewed the final mylar with supporting documentation <br />and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval documents. The mylar <br />has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been <br />obtained. <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor's Office. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia <br />Ph. 2 Div. 4 Plat (LPF-20-00003 and LP -20-00001). <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Ph. 2 Div. 4 Plat (LPF-20-00003 and LP -20-00001). <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Johnston, Community Development Services Interim Planning Official. <br />COMMUNITY PLANNING • BUILDING INSPECTION • PLAN REVIEW • ADMINISTRATION • PERMIT SERVICES • CODE ENFORCEMENT <br />
