KITTITAS COUNTY <br />CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, WEBEX <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY 1:30 PM October 26, 2020 <br />Board members present via WebEx: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice - <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br />Others via WebEx: Dan Carlson, Mike Flory, Jeremy Johnston and <br />Jessica Miller Community Development Services; Mark Cook, Josh <br />Fredrickson, Arden Thomas and Candie Leader, Public Works; and <br />one member of the public. <br />At 1:48 pm Chairman Brett Wachsmith opened the Community <br />Development Services Study Session. <br />REQUESTING BOCC SIGNATURE OF MYLAR GRANTING FINAL APPROVAL FOR <br />THE SUNCADIA PH.2 DIV. 4 PLAT (LPF-20-00003 AND LP -20-00001) <br />Planner Jeremy Johnston presented the request for Board <br />signature on the final mylars for the Suncadia Phase 2, Division <br />4 Plat, otherwise known as Cabins at the Farm. Staff has <br />reviewed the final mylars and the supporting documentation and <br />find it consistent with the preliminary approval documentation. <br />Discussion was held. Commissioner Laura Osiadacz asked if there <br />is anything in the documentation that explains where the <br />construction traffic is going to go in and out for the <br />infrastructure of the homes. Director Mark Cook stated, no <br />there is not and questioned how we would condition Suncadia with <br />their subcontractors to be compliant. Commissioner Cory Wright <br />moved to table this topic until the subsequent agenda session. <br />Director Dan Carlson stated we have thirty (30) days to approve <br />the plats from the time they are submitted. Planner Jeremy <br />Johnston stated the plat was submitted on October 9th and would <br />be within the timeframe for approval if moved to the agenda <br />session next week. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />There is no other business. <br />Meeting adjourned at 1:53 p.m. <br />2020-10-26 MINUTES 1 <br />
