Kittitas County Field & Stream Club
Established in 1919
P.U. Box 522 # Ellensburg, WA 98926
March 3, 2019
The Kittitas County Field & Stream Club has been in existence for 100 years, we
are not affiliated with any political party. The Kittitas County Field & Stream Club
unequivocally supports the Constitution of the United States and particularly the
Second Amendment to the Constitution.
The 2nd Amendment states that "...the Right of the people to keep and bear arms,
shall not be infringed", in addition, the Washington State Constitution, Article 1,
Section 24 states that "The Right of the individual citizen to bear arms in defense of
himself, or the state, shall not be impaired... " Further, Article 1, Section 2 of the
Washington State Constitution declares "The Constitution of the United States is
the supreme law of the land. "
It is the position of the Kittitas County Field and Stream Club that no single
representative or collection of representatives of State or Federal Government has
the right to violate either the Constitution of the United States, or the Washington
State Constitution.
In order to preserve those Federal and State Constitutional Rights, the Board of the
Kittitas County Field & Stream Club supports the efforts of county citizens to
declare Kittitas County a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.
Bill Essman, President
r y
www
.kittitasf i I tr r
