MIPOF <br />e. WSDOT Bid Document Approval Coordination <br />5. Prepare Bid Documents. The Bid Documents will incorporate review comments from the <br />Pre -Bid review and will include, at a minimum, the following (for plans that are common <br />between Task 6A and Task 613, one plan will be prepared for both tasks): <br />a. Plans <br />L Survey Basemap <br />ii. Typical Sections <br />iii. Paving Plans and Details <br />iv. Site Preparation Plans <br />V. Site Restoration Plans <br />vi. Miscellaneous Details <br />vii. Traffic Control Plans <br />b. Specifications <br />c. Construction Cost Estimate <br />d. Internal QA/QC review <br />Assumptions: <br />1. Roadway design will be in accordance with the Kittitas County Code, WSDOT Design Manual, <br />AASHTO guidelines, and MUTCD standards as applicable. Where conflicts exist between <br />standards, the County will provide direction or request the Consultant's recommendation. <br />2. Drafting and plan productions will be completed using KPG standards. <br />3. Project specifications will be based on the most recent edition of the 2021 WSDOT Standard <br />Specifications for Road, Bridge, and Municipal Construction. <br />4. KPG will coordinate with utility owners to identify existing utilities and incorporate into the <br />design as/if required. No utility relocations are anticipated but if needed, will be designed <br />and constructed by the utility owner. <br />5. The project does not require a drainage report and is not included in this scope of work. <br />6. The project does not include design of pedestrian surfaces or ADA compliant pedestrian <br />access routes. <br />7. This scope of work does not include attendance or facilitation of public meetings or hearings. <br />8. No Right -of -Way acquisition or permanent easements are required or are included within <br />this scope of work. <br />County Responsibilities: <br />1. The County will assist KPG in coordinating with utility owners as needed to facilitate timely <br />input and responses. <br />2.
